Defenitely Suny ,since if you look at the available positions Suny has 3 and UTM has only 1 (he gave a few outside the Match) so ur chances is better at SUNY

I dont know about either programs but as has been said many times on this forum, never rank a program based on your chances of getting in.

On another note, if a program offers seats out of match, it shows that they are not confident going into the match.👎
