My AMCAS showed as being transmitted to Wayne State on the 14th, but when I checked this afternoon, the transmission date now says the 20th. What does this mean?

Last year, my transmission dates changed a few times. Did you add any new info or change info on AMCAS? If you do that, then AMCAS re-submits to the schools. I wouldn't worry about it. As long as it has been transmitted, you are cool.

I added a couple of schools a week ago, which might have prompted a change in transmission date. Thanks for your reply! 🙂

AMCAS says that schools can download your app as many times as they want, and that when they do it, it will change the date to the latest time that the school downloaded it. AMCAS also sends out a hard copy too, so I guess the dates can change around a bit.
