Is this refering to "The Immunoe System" as a text or a chapter in some book? I've noticed that the FA Immunology has changed a bit to encompass more on HLA types but leaves a bit ot be desired. I used the recent edition of HY Immunology and annoted my FA with the important details...especially the Immunodeficiency diseases, Th1 v. Th2 responses, hypersensitivity mechanisms, autoimmune diseases, GVHD and transplant immunology. These were the topics I felt were not covered well by FA but were explained clearly in HY Immuno and only took a Saturday afternoon and early evening to read through. Combined with the cheap cost of the HY series books I'd say it's a good choice...the only drawback is sifting through a good bit of extranious minutiae (signal transduction pathways, immuno genetics etc...the chapters on Immunodef, Autoimmunity, Hypersensitivty, and Transplant are fantastic!
