I am trying to get some input on the study methods for QR section. I know there are some people out there with ridiculous math scores, please help ur fellow humans and dentists to be...

Please don't ask me to look at different types of problems and go from there because everytime I look at the problems, they look different to me!!!

I am generally good at math and have pulled an A in calc without too much work, but some of the stuff on here just looks alien at times, specially the word problems, geometry, and trig. I am working on compiling diff formulas once I get to that part, but I guess what I need is the practice with these problems using those formulas. Clearly just seeing one problem of the type don't give me enough needed practice. Also, if someone else has a list of formulas, please consider sharing, so that way we can all expand our horizon.

I guess that i just try to understand a formula rather than memorize it. If you understand a fromula you do not have to memorize it, it will come naturally. Thats just me though dunno if that would work for you.

I take the Test in June, but on all my practice tests I haven't missed more than 1 question in math.... That being said follow the advice of the previous poster. Learn the equations and then manipulate them and run them in tons of different situations. The more problems you run the easier they become. I consider math less learning than pure practice if that makes sense. The more you do it the easier it becomes.... Good luck
