any needed documentation for CS

I'm taking CS in a little over a week and wanted to know if I need any documentation to take the the test center. I have searched the website and all I can find is to print out the scheduling pass (off the website) and then go. Anyone able to provide me a little more info.

You need your scheduling permit from the website and your ID! Good luck!

At my test center, they collected the print out of the confirmation of date/test center rather than the scheduling permit. So have a printout of both.
