Don't know if it's still there, but Montefiore Medical Center-Einstein (Bronx) posted a PGY 2 position on the APA site, last updated in January. It's still posted. Phone No.: 718-920-7967

Well, if you haven't yet, I'd call every program in the Bronx and Manhatten, and introduce yourself in case something comes up.
