everyone wants a piece of you? you must be very busy! i admire you for you probably have a lot of patience - i can barely hold on to a job, apply, and get through school - you have to contend with kids, family, husband, not to mention everything else!

at vcu there are a number of moms but i don't really know how the do it!! but it is doable

I'm not a parent at this precise moment, but I will be as of 1 September 2005 (or somewhere right around then). We don't know what Jennifer is having yet, but we're both hoping for a son.

damn! moms mean: decreasing percentage of available coeds in dental school. 😉 no good! Though my galfriend has said that it be great if all females at my school are moms.... hehe

I have 2, a 3 year old little boy who is as sweet as can be and a 19 month old daughter who is just a little crazy in the head. They are the best thing that has ever happened to me, it is so fun watching them grow up. Unfortunately I am going to be leaving them during my first year of school 🙁 🙁

I've got a 6-year old, a 4-year old, and 20-month old. It's certainly a delicate balancing act, but also very manageable.

I am a mother of 3 boys... ranging from teen, 6 and 4. Like Java said, it is a delicate balance, but one that can be attained with lots of work and good time management skills. Good luck!

I can totally empathize with you. I have a 2 year old, a husband, a full time job, a biochem course, and hopefully dental school in the fall. It seems like you finally get everything that has to be done finished and guess what? Its time to go to bed so you can wake up and do it all again. How old are your kids?

I have a 2 yr old and an almost 6 yr old.

I've been at home with them since their birth, and last Fall I decided to start school again. It was very hard to separate, but we are making it and doing great!

I can't imagine working 🙁

I'm happy to meet other pre dental parents. And it's way too hard to do so much, but we really want to do go to Dental school and will make any sacrifice to make it and get in!

I've been posting at momMD.com and it's time to meet other "pre dental moms and dads".....at that site I'm the only mom who's going to Dental school......

Dentistry, if you love it, will be the furthest thing from "work".

Dental school isn't half bad either, in my experience.
