I've been an EMT/Emergency Medicine Nurse for a number of years and am looking at attending a post-bac program. I was wondering if there are any current or former nurses who might be able to suggest a program?
My undergraduate RN program was an accelerated 2nd degree bachelor's which was completed in 12 months with a cohort outside of the undergraduate population (i.e. all classes were 2nd degree students). I am looking for a similar program that will not place me in a room with 200 undergraduates, and will provide excellent support to students.
I'm looking at Scripps, Penn, Goucher, Temple and Bryn Mawr. Anyone have any other ideas?
Also, I see Penn will take applications until June, 2009. Are there any other programs currently taking students for Fall?
Many thanks!
