only thing that I heard from UCSF and UCLA is the application is complete.
do they actually reject applicants or just let us wait till they close on accepting?????
should I just wait for a chance to have an interview or just give up?

I just got contacted this week from UCSF for an interview, so it looks like they're definitely still reviewing apps.

From UCSF's webtools:
March: "Deny candidates will also be notified by mail."
I guess they hold all the apps until then.

They are definitely reviewing/interviewing. On Dec 1st, they only sent out about 50% of their class size as I was told.

but no acceptance either. i'm anxiously awaiting for UCSF to respond to me. I interviewed in late October, and haven't heard a thing... Only thing to do now is just try and stay positive. This weather in San Diego hasn't helped either huh...

give them new info so that they know you r still interested in them. r u from sd as well?

I know it is tough, but UC are slow, especially UCLA. There are a lot of people still to interview. Just be a little more patience. Meanwhile, work hard at sch and have fun.
