Any relationship between Pagets disease of nipple and of vulva?

Is it just because both discovered by the same guy, or is there other relationship?

Nope totally different. Paget was a busy guy I guess. Big difference is that Pagets of the vulva (extramammary) has little risk for an underlying malignancy, while Pagets of the breast is almost always associated with underlying malignancy.
