Fellow reapplicants,
I submitted my AMCAS application June 1st this year and was wondering if any of you got any secondaries (and from where?).

don't think the app gets sent to schools until the 17th or 18th at the earliest, should say on amcas' website

I don't think your primary applications are released until the 12th of June.

I'd recommend cheching out the 2010-11 and 2011-12 school specific threads to get an idea of the general timeline for when a school begins sending out their secondaries. For some, it's automatic, which means you should get them mid-June. Others don't start until July 1st, and still others want to screen your app, which takes even longer.

Also, you can usually get the secondary prompts off of SDN, so you can start writing even before you receive the secondaries since you're so on the ball! 🙂
