Just curious how common this is!! I figure ADCOMS would favor those with all completed, but wonder if anyone has been successful with prereqs in progress, and if so how many?

Thanks!!

A friend of mine got accepted to a couple of schools while he still had all of physics left to go, and he starts this fall. I feel like if they believe from your track record and a good MCAT that you will be able to get through the remaining classes with a decent grade it shouldn't be too big of a deal, but I'm not for sure on that, but I know it definitely happens

So good to know!! Thanks 🙂

I also had to complete both of my physics courses when I applied and received a few acceptances. I don't think it is a huge problem if you have a few courses to complete.

It's not an issue, I was accepted with outstanding pre-reqs. You just have to finish them by the summer before you matriculate

So good to know!! If you don't mind me asking how many did you have left to take? Is 3 too many?

I had 2 I believe. I really don't think it matters at all as long as you have a decent GPA/MCAT. Just make sure you have them done before you start.
