Can give opinion on area but not program.
It's a great place to live if you like warm weather. People are very friendly. Water activities of course abound if you like that sort of thing. As far as nightlife, there's decent places to go as far as bars, clubs and restaurants. Good sports teams - go Bucs/Lightning!!! (we won't mention the Devil Rays....)
If you have kids, the school system is lacking (as it is in most of FL).

Ya.......Tampa is an excellent place to live. Great weather only 20-30 min max from the beach and a really laid back atmosphere. Good amount of night life too; especially for young adult crowd. And its not as prone to hurricanes as many places of florida.

Oh ya, living expenses are pretty reasonable when compared to other metropolitan areas; as im finding out when I price these other areas.
