Any tips for RC?

Does anyone have good tips for the RC section? Its one of my weakest, with scores ranging from 16-21. I sometimes go through all the questions, write down key words, read the passage, and when I come across a keyword, write down the paragraph it is located in, but this may be too time consuming. Any feedback would be great.
