I have an MMI-type interview in two weeks. 24 people are interviewed and 10-12 are accepted, so I need to excel at this! I already understand the format and sort of what to expect, I just wanted to see if anyone had personal experience with them? Thanks.

I looooooooooooooooved my 1 and only MMI. I ended up being accepted by that school, but I liked the process right away.

My advice is to NOT prepare. Prepare for a classic interview (as there is likely to be one of those in addition to the MMI), but do not study for the MMI itself. Stay spontaneous and be yourself. Being stiff while you're supposed to be comforting someone (pretending to be) crying isn't going to go over well.

I think I like the setup more as well, but I will find out when I'm doing it! I think it's a neat way of being able to be yourself as opposed to sitting there and telling an interviewer what they want to hear. Thanks for the reply, and if you don't mind me asking, what school was that at?
