Ever since Dec. 1st, after not being accepted anywhere and wait listed at my top choice, I have regained interest in University of Pacific.
There are a few big reasons leading to this change of heart...1) my serious boyfriend will be attending podiatry school in Oakland, CA (15-20 min from UofP) 2) I have a renewed desire to explore a new place, not in Florida! (and I LOVE Cali) 3) I like UofP's accelerated program, and I hear great things about the school.

I briefly explored the school's website, and info when I applied there in June, but I still feel like I don't know very much about the school! I have a re-review status with UofP for mid-Jan, but I'm not expecting to get in this cycle.

I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to improve my application if/when I apply in the next cycle. I know I will be living in San Fran. starting this July/August (technically after I turn in my application). Is there any way I could volunteer with the school, or something?

Thanks for reading. 👍

Chad's videos at *********** has interviews with the Director of Admissions from UoP, I'd watch those.
They like well rounded applicants, basically 3.5, 20+ DATs with nothing lower than an 18 in any subject, preferably 20's and up in all subjects and high PATs. Your scores look fine, but if you are set on UoP you would want to retake probably if you have anything below an 18. I'd contact the school and ask them if they have any volunteer opportunities or know of any good places to around the area, I'm sure they'd help you out. Also apply June 1st or else your odds go drastically down.
