Anybody doin' their residency at Drew?

Hi everyone! Pre-med student here.

I wasn't sure which residency forum to post this in, so I decided on this one, rather than post in on multiple forums. Anyways...

I'm going to visit the Martin Luther King/Drew Hospital on Saturday morning, April 19. If anybody here is doing your residency there, please read on. Otherwise, well, you don't have to read on.



Dr. Meade invited me to shadow him during his trauma surgery shift, and explained that while there might not be that many emergencies I could observe (being a weekend morning and all...), I could talk to the residents and medical students that will be on his shift (he's an attending). Well, I was just wondering if anybody here is going to have Dr. Meade as your attending on Saturday, 'cuz it'd be really cool to meet some SDN people in real life.

I'm not in residency there, but I would be interested in finding out more about the program- especially why it seems that quite a few ENT residents have dropped out of the program (when looking at their web site). Anyone know why?
