Anybody had expierenced the error window pop up during Crack pat test?

OMG... It happened twice including today...

I almost finished my pat.. and suddenly one error window pop up and close automatically.. I could not even check up my score..

anyone experienced this?

Ya, I had an anti virus program that kept making the error. Once I turned it off Crack worked fine.

that happened to me and i was SO pissed! i called Crackpat hotline, and they called me back in like 2 hrs. u have to update ur software so they will issue u a new license key number. just give them ur email address u used before when u bought it the first time.
