I was wondering if any dental students have C-'s on their records. Did some schools let you slide and matriculate? Or did they force you to retake it? The reason why I am asking is that my university says that C- grades are passing grades. And to repeat, you have the lowest priority. My school fills up their classes so fast that a repeat is almost impossible. I know that all schools are different and calling them would be best, but I just wanted to see if anyone has a C- and still was able to start dental school. Thanks.

Bump for you, I thought you needed a minumim of C, but AADSAS will make it show up as a C ( as apposed to a C-) GPA wise.

Eff C-'s, how about D's....i've got 3 of them on my transcript!

They wont help your case. You gotta work on gettin them overturned by a retake.

I did have one C- unfortunately in an upper level bio course. I never got a D though... so I don't know and I had good grades in all of my prereqs. So take it for what it's worth.
