Has anybody heard from UWashington? Did any body apply at
UWashington in Seattle? How is the reputation? Is it considered
good program?

I was from Seattle, but now I am TX resident. I apply to UW, but it is just for luck. From what I know when I was there. UW is very difficult to get in. I say it is very difficult.... because the school is very high standard in every thing.
I haven't heard from them yet. So just wait....for reject.... j/k

I have been in contact with their office of admissions. They are installing a new software system that tracks their application cycle. From what I understand, they are 3-4 weeks behind their normal schedule. However, I have heard from UW grads that they are notorious for starting their 2nd apps and interviews later than most schools anyway. So, with all that considered I am hoping to get a 2nd app sometime this month with interview in Novemberish?. I am a WA resident and they are my top choice. Very good board stats, reputation, and in-state tuition is always nice.
