i did. apparently the deadline is two weeks after email, does it count for when we self start? and if we did start already, will we still get an email?

I was curious about the same thing, so I called. Apparently, they DO NOT screen and are still in the process of sending out e-mails. I think someone before said they move slowly. Also, there IS NOT a hard deadline of two weeks, according to the person I spoke with. It is RECOMMENDED that you send it in within two weeks. Hope that helps.
