Anybody want to get rid of their Baby Miller Book?

I was told that this is the book that is assigned to CA-1 residents for lots of programs (I know this is true for the program that I am rotating through right now). Does anybody want to get rid of their book? I am interested in buying one a little cheaper than the one in the bookstore. I would prefer the latest edition (the 4th edition), and also one that is in halfway decent condition. Thanks in advance.
