Anyone interested?
Here are just a couple of the DPT programs on offer:
Melbourne
Bond
Masters:
Sydney
Bachelors:
CSU
USA
Sydney
Newcastle
Australian PTs teaching in the US
Queensland PT grad working in NYC
Appearantly you can complete your PT degree (either: Bachelors, Masters, or DPT/DPhysio... doesn't matter) at any of the Australian schools, and you can come back to the US and work. The only requirements to come back are to sit the NPTE exam (something US grads have to do anyways) and do a 6 month stint "residency" in a hospital upon returning which is nothing. This would be a great way to both get an overseas experience... and upon graduation, to be able to have the option to work in 2 countries! If you haven't been to Australia before you should go. 👍
