Anyone else annoyed with the new destroyer bindings?

my 2010 dat destroyer had spiral binding, it never came off and i was happy with it.

my organic odyssey and math destroyer has some sorta stapled binding and IT KEEPS COMING OFF. its friggan annoying!!

thats weird...my 2009 desteroyer had those plastic-staples and I hated them. It was so hard to keep the book open to a certain page without sitting my fat ass on it to hold it in place and when I did that... the freaking plastic staples twisted and some broke off.

I only have staple binding on my Odyssey one from last year(I assume its the same this year) I do get annoyed by it sometimes.

Is math destroyer thicker now? There was 11 tests last year and slightly slimmer than the dat destroyer.

If I remember correct they used kinkos or one of those types of printing places and there is a page limit on the spiral binding, after that the only option is using combs/staple kind.

I think the latest MATH destroyer has 12 tests

I have the same ones as you. My organic chem odyssey binding started to fall about last week 🙁. My math and destroyer ones are alright since it has the spiral

not for DAT. I wouldn't use odyssey for DAT, its too complicated.

i finished odyssey, only because i had the time to do it. i take my dat in exactly 2 weeks so ill let you all know how it prepped me. so far from topscore orgo i got a 21 on exam 1 and a 28 on exam 2. im gonna take the 3rd practice test in exactly 1 week. i have my real dat in exactly 2 weeks.

an oh yea, the binding started to come off about a week ago too...

I would use the Odyssey as a supplemental for your Ochem University Course. It is pretty intense, and in my opinion, not practical for the DAT. The regular DAT Destroyer ORGO section is good enough to get a strong 20+ on the DAT.
