anyone else frustrated with NOVA?

i sent my application in ASAP back at the end of june. my letters of recommendation were soon to follow and those were sent in early july. ive called them every two or three weeks to make sure that my application is there and they have no clue.... ive left messages, and i finally got one returned last week. then i get another secondary in the mail 5 days ago and today i get a postcard stating that i haven't turned in my letters of recommendation. UGH....they need to be more organized. is anyone else having problems with NOVA or is it just my application?

ok...this is weird. ironically, 2 minutes after posting this thread i got an email from NOVA stating that my application was complete with my LORs. I guess they are finally starting to get organized.

You people are frustrated. I'm frustrated, too! I sent my aacomas out june 1, and aacom mailed my profile end of june; yet I have not even received a secondary from them. I seriously hope I'm qualified. I know I meet their minimum requirements at the very least. I've received secondaries immediately from all of the other schools, except for nova and azcom. I'm sad about that. I hope this isn't a bad sign 😕 .

I just yesterday recieved my secondary from NOVA. It took a while for me to get it. I had secondaries for every other school before them.

I filled out my AACOM when I got my MCAT scores around June 23. I got secondaries from every osteopathic school I applied to and they were all out by August 1st. It seems odd that you applied before I did and I have had my secondary in a month before you. Give them a call! Can't hurt.
