anyone else notice CDR and kaplan scores don't match???

Anyone else notice that the scores don't match up. For example on some of my CDR tests it gives me a "20" and says i got 40 questions of the 50 correct. If you look on kaplan 40 question right would be a 21 not a 20. Anyone else notice this?
