Anyone else unable to submit UCLA??

I've been trying to submit UCLA's secondary for about 5 hours now (some last night, some this morning). When I submit the payment info, it won't go through and then says my credit card was not charged. Any advice on what to do about that? It's due today 🙁 shouldn't have waited so long.
