Beware...I called ECFMG today asking where my scores were. Because I registered for the exam more than 120 days after that ID form was sent in (with your photo and school cert), my scores can't be released until my school returns a form that was sent out to them on August 6th. Problem is, the forms only get sent to the address on IMED, so if your student admin office doesn't know to look out for it, and receives requests like this for 80,000 students, it may get lost in the shuffle. Just a warning to call ECFMG and see what the hold-up is if your scores haven't come out today. Mine will be delayed another 6 weeks at least since the form has to be re-sent out, completed, and sent back with then a 5-day delay in posting the scores. Would have been nice to know this back on August 6th so I could have warned my school to look out for the form...
