so i got an email about 4 weeks ago saying that they were missinga transcript. i logged onto the application page and it showed all my transcripts as being received. i called and spoke with someone and they said that there was some sort of glitch in the system and they did have all my transcripts and that i would enter the verification process. so then friday i check my email and there is another email saying they are missing a transcript. so i call them today after logging on and one of my transcripts they had has mysteriously vanished...apparently now they do not have all my transcripts....AGGHHH!!! so now i wait for that transcript to be sent and am looking at an early december 2ndary.......ohhh i am sooo mad right now i could scream!!!

nope.....the last of my transcripts were received in the middle of september (that is what happens when you have 7 to send...lol)
i was only going to apply do because i feel it fits better with my personality and the type of physician i want to be (although i know there are some out there who say it does not matter what type of school you go to that you will be the same type of doctor either way....i would most definetly prefer a com). after the august scores came out i made a last minute decision (based on my pre-med advisor's input - we still keep in contact with one another even though i graudated from there 2 yrs ago) to do the amcas application. if i happen to get accepted at both an allopathic school and the one osteopathic school i am applying to (do to geographical work restrictions for hubby) i will most definetly choose to go to the do school hands down no doubt about it.
