I just got the news that I actually passed a monster exam... Unbelievable. I was so zoned out that day, it's not even funny. But now I wonder if I just managed to trick the teachers by writing a lot about very little... Can't help thinking if it was a good thing or a bad thing that I passed?

no. it's a bad thing that you passed. go restudy that thing at least. 😛

You passed because the teacher thought that you should have passed. So, you must have done something right. Relax, Stop over-analyzing things. There are more important things in life that to constantly thinking about the idea of why you should've passed the test that you ended up passing. This really seems like you have too much time on your hands to take up time thinking about this stuff. I was so bothered by such a waste of time that I have just wasted 2 minutes of my time writing this reply. Please, go and enjoy the fact that you passed the test, or just for kicks, go to the professor and tell him that you feel that you shouldn't have passed that exam and that you want a harded on just to make sure you earn the passing grade. There it is, now i wasted 3 minutes of my time. That's 3 minutes that i will never get back. People, have you ever posted a reply on SDN that you *shouldn't* have?

Yes most definetly has happened to me

Last exam I remember it happening was on a path exam where we had an essay question that went something like this "write an essay on what you would expect to find on autopsy on a 60 year old gentleman that had hypercalcaemia"

I somehow managed to pull off a pass, I couldn't beleive it 🙂 (the other questions went well, but this was 1/3 essay questions)
