Example...

Studied Heme Onc for 4-5 days...
Moved on to some other systems for a week...
Looked at Heme Onc again and realized I had forgotten some pretty high yield stuff.

Now magnify that on the scale of the entire test...feelsbadman

Feeling the exact same way. i started studying 10 days ago for the exam which is in 20 days. I am feeling really nervous when I realize that there are a lot of those hy details that I've already forgotten.

i know the feeling ... you know so much yet you feel like you dont know Shizzz . my exam is in 20 days so i left most of the memorizing stuff till now ... God help us .

Oh God yes it happens to me all the time, I finished my first pass of biochem and I'm like 80 pages away from being done with CMMRS, and I feel like I've forgotten most of the stuff I reviewed. It's so annoying, but I hope things will improve once I start doing UWorld questions.

It happens all the time. I used to happen alot to me but not too much anymore. I still forget the details etc. I think the key is repetition of the material. It requires multiple revision to consolidate the information.

Repetition is key to mastery!!!

I don't test til July 31 (around there)....so I think most of this is due to the fact it's my first pass through FA, and the stuff I'm forgetting is stuff our school never bothered teaching...
