sigh... does ucla think they are special or something? so unecessary...

this is taking forever having to find the address and telephone numbers of all these places

making us print the pdf just so we can scan it and upload it back to them. however we have to mail them a check.

omg, i printed out the pdf, and for the essay portion, there's this part that says "I am" but when its printed, it looks like "Iam". when i added an extra space to, another part of the essay looks messed up "I will" to "Iw ill". I guess i will have to go with the first typo, even though it isn't my fault.

I posted it on the UCLA thread too and its made the whole process much easier since it could be saved easily (and it looked prettier than any scanning)

Cut the op a break you guys, I don't honestly think he/she intends to belittle UCLA. Just seems like the op is venting his/her frustration. Their app process is a bit archaic, but like one of you eloquently put it : "I would move heaven and earth to get into a dental school". A freaking PDF issue is NOT going to delay or even briefly deter my application!
