I got an email saying that there has been a change to the Honors received question on the applicaton. It directed me to upload a word document before I submit my application. The thing is I already submitted my application couple weeks ago and I can't make any changes now. Is this an email that the sent out to everyone or just me? Thanks for any help!

This might be specific to your application. I submitted Hopkins months ago and did not receive this e-mail (or a rejection for that matter - I took the August MCAT and submitted the secondary prior to the release of my scores).
