Anyone got a letter from a repeat class?

I repeated a biology class that I had a C in and got the A. The first time I took the class was 2 years ago. I asked the professor for a letter, she said yes, but how do you think she will react when she sees that I repeat the class? Do you think she will refuse to write it? She requested to see my grades so she will see the previous C, but in order for my apps to be complete soon I need her letter. What are your thoughts?

I think you will be fine. Many teachers/references will tell you to "find another writer" rather than tell you they are going to write you a crappy letter.
