anyone got interviews on THE SAME DAY???

I don't know how else to put it, but I don't mean notification of multiple invitations in the same day... but an interview DATE offered on the same day...??!!

I had committed to another interview (confirmed interview date, bought airplane ticket+rent car+hotel=$300!!!!), and then I found out today about BU's interview invite... SO PSYCHED because that's one of the school's that I applied.. just because.... and thought I wouldn't stand a chance... BUT, they're on the same day.... I hope they could reschedule me... BEFORE DEC. 1st!!!

Just wanted to know if anyone had the similar situations.. and what did you do (or what WOULD you do)?? And if anyone had to reschedule an interview with BU, specifically... what happened??

I had a UNLV interview confirmed for Oct 1 and then received a Mich interview for the same day. I called Michigan since UNLV is in state and was a priority I had already committed to. They sent me another interview email for Oct 15 so it all worked out, but they hadn't offered later dates to anyone else yet. In your case they might have already filled the pre-Dec spots. Call and check but make the choice carefully. You might get bumped back to the applicant pool I've heard from a few people
