Anyone having trouble loading your PS???

My PS has 4497 characters including spaces. But for some reason when I load it on the AACOMAS it does not stay. After I load it on, there is a read line below saying that "The Personal Statement must be between 100 and 4500 characters in length, including spaces." I don't understand this because clearly my PS is below the limit. Is anyone having this same problem???HELP!!!!!!!

When you paste it, does the complete essay paste but it goes away when you come back to it? If so, you have to refresh the page and it will appear again.

Is your character count from Word or from AACOMAS?

I had the exact problem. The AACOMAS character count was 4497 but I couldn't save neither. I just had to cut it down to 4495 and it worked.

Wow that's rediculous. If it gives a certain count, then it should take it if the length is accurate.

It's from MS word. I emailed them and they said that it's because of the difference in the programs. This is really lame. I mean a 4500 characters should mean 4500 characters, not 1 more or less. Oh well...🙄
