Anyone hear anything from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh?

I recently visited the University and met with a professor. I'm not sure if I would like to attend the university/move to Pittsburgh for their DPT program. What do you all think of the program?

I didn't get to visit the school and only had correspondence when they waitlisted me last year. They do have a 3+3 program so they take very few "outsiders" as long as their undergraduate class all complete the requirements to move into the program. Pittsburgh, as a city, is awesome, though. 🙂

Thanks for your reply. I've actually been waitlisted by the school. Can you tell me anything about the waitlist when you applied? Did you hear anything about how many students decided to accept or not accept one of the few seats?

I was accepted to Duquesne's DPT program in late November, 2011. The letter of acceptance gives us until April 1st to commit to the program. I have not accepted my offer yet as I am still waiting to hear from a couple other schools. So unless students that were accepted inform the university that they are going to decline, then you may not hear anything until after the 1st.
