I just learned about Rutger's 7-year combined degree dental program in which you're admitted after your sophomore year at Rutgers and I'm very interested. If anyone is currently in it right now PLEASE give me some information on it. Was it worth it? How is the course load? How was your personal experience? This is one of my top picks for college right now so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know if I'm in the right direction. (By the way, even if you aren't in the program, please let me know what you've heard about it). THANKS!

are you in the brunswick or newark campus? i tried getting in but only to realize that still use your SAT scores and they have to be (if i remember correctly) around 1250 combined in one sitting...math and verbal that is lol

and its with UMDNJ...now here is the catch that UMDNJ is doing...when you apply to their program...you will need at least a 20 AA...a friend of mine was in the program she got a 19 and got rejected! back in the day...and that day was like 4 years ago...a 17 DAT and your in the program would get you in...now it would get you a rejection.

Here is my suggestion...its a stupid program...you can finish in 3 years without it...finish up your chems and bio your first 2 years...knock out the DAT after you take orgo 2...apply that summer and get in UMDNJ the following august 🙂

Good luck!
