Anyone include high school experience in volunteering section of the AADSAS?

I've heard people say that it is alright to put it (as long as it is significant) but in the directions it says to only include things from college and to not put stuff from high school. I went on two mission trips in high school and wanted to include it but if they don't want to see it than I won't. Anyone have experience with it or know if it is okay to include high school volunteering in this section?

If you can't fill the section with collegiate volunteering, fill it with whatever you got. Also shows a history of altruism...

I didn't put anything from high school because it said to put from college. Mission trips could be mentioned in the personal statement.
