What does an optometrist/management partnership consist of? Who's the optometrist and what does it mean "management?"

I am not sure, but it still would be a partnership, even if the OD owns 10% of the optical.

Yes I know, but what optician would have the means to prepare 90% of the business plan and give the OD 10% of it. Basically that 10% means "Please just do your job and refract".

Like I said, I don't know. Is this how typical "partnerships" work? I noticed his other post in the wanted section mentioned it is a retail type environment. What exactly is retail, commercial or private practice?

management means that I'm the Practice manager or coordinator and i would like to partner up with an optometrist, which means i will be responsible for getting the patients through the door and making sure the practice runs smooth
