Anyone rejected Pre-Secondary from Univ. of Toledo COM?

Do they do a pre-secondary screening? I haven't heard anything from them yet, but I don't know their policy with regard to out of state candidates.

I certainly hope not after filling out their annoying secondary which included re-filling in of pre-req classes and an essay on cultural competence (I wrote about my desire to serve our future Islamic overlords).

They say they don't screen. Have you been rejected?

they screen. i received my secondary today and it said "after a preliminary screening"

I know from the MSAR that they send applications to only 75% of the applicants.

Last app cycle, I got my secondary in November after being AMCAS verified in Aug. I think they screen OOS applicants pre-secondary, I can't say for certain.

IS, got my 2ndary for Toledo today. High Stats. It is my "super-safety" and my last choice med school!! If i got cut pre-secondary that'd be bad.

Anyway, OOS with low GPA and decent MCAT and I got my secondary too.

I start orientation Monday... so not pre-med much longer.

EDIT: just for clarification purposes, my comments are based on last year's application cycle.
