i had a 2.3 after two years of college and i got in many schools. You need to ace the mcat, ace your remaining years of colelge, and if possible, do something unique.
just be smart about your future course of action. learn how to play the game - numbers are what's gon grab the adcom's attention, so boost your gpa with easy (but well disguised) classes, ace the MCAT, etc. You might even want to consider transferring. If getting 22 credits of As per semester is what you need to get your numbers up, then do it - it's all about how much you want to be doctor and how hard you are willing to work. Gluck.
I'm a Cornell graduate, and I'd like to say that it is by no means easy to do well. Unless you actually attended, I don't think that it's right for you to tell people this.
Thanks

Word to this thread. Had all W's and C/Bs my first year. Made the consecutive semesters gradually better.
Like everyone else said, make the future count. You're still in your beginning stages where you can bring that GPA up. Just make sure to take the MCAT when you are READY, and not sooner.
