Anyone study the day before CK?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Wouldn't help.

This is a testing is what you have learned over the past year. One day is a round error on your score.

Maybe memorizing biostat formulas might help, otherwise it is not going to help whatsoever. Might as well relax going into it.

Disagree, it's an endurance test. I would practice a few blocks of 45 in uworld to try and finish as fast as you can, then review everything in the preventative medicine section (i.e., screening guidelines) of whatever outline you are using.

I'm planning on just going over all the crap I have stuck to my walls and all the minor formulas like Winter's, calculating calcium with low albumin, and random junks like that. And have a margarita or 2.

One day of doing a few blocks of 45 in UWorld isn't going to fix a timing issue. It would stress you out more than anything.

I would say you should pick 3-5 things that you ALWAYS forget and go over them until you have them. Not huge things, but stuff such as screening guidelines, when to start lipid therapy, anything that gives you trouble.

I just jotted down random stuff which people said appeared on their exam (stuff which doesn't involve thinking) and that I've previously studied at some point but is volatile. That's all I plan on going over.

Doing UW or blocks isn't going to make or break your score. However, if you took UW Notes using a Word doc or the In-app Notes feature that might be worth your time.

Timing is going to be a problem for the majority on this exam regardless. It's the way they've designed the exam.
