If anyone is thinking about applying to St. Matthew's feel free to ask me questions. I'm a 4th semester and have been down here for a year. I'm really enjoying the classes and all the hands on stuff we get to do. If anyone has any questions please let me know. I know a lot of people don't know about this school, but they should! I love it! 🙂

First off, congratulations on getting accepted! 😀

I would need to double check on that for you. I can ask tomorrow at school for you if you like. You can also contact the financial aid office in Orlando and they will definitely have the answer. Here's the info:

Let me know if I can help you with anything else! 🙂

thanks for the info. ive been trying to contact them through the email on the website but havent received a reply. im just worried i wont be able to get the moneyin time. im doing the double major with davenport but they start classes after smu starts, which means i wont get the loans in time to pay for smu.

i still have other options but didnt want to use them so early in my studies.

thanks again and hopefully ill be on the island soon!

Give them a call and leave a message if you need to and say that you've been trying to reach them by email. Sometimes it takes a couple days for them to get back to you. Davenport I believe starts the 2nd week of classes if you choose to do it in the first half of the semester. You can also choose to do it in the second half of the semester, but I highly recommend doing it the first half. SMU is patient and they know that a lot of students do Davenport. I believe that you put a down payment of at least $1,000 until you receive your Davenport money to pay the rest of the tuition. I don't do Davenport, but a lot of my friends do. I'll check with them tomorrow. 🙂

The administration office at SMU knows that a lot of students do Davenport so they are pretty good about making things work out.

Have you heard back from the Orlando office?
