anyone tried the Harrisons Question book?

Well I know all you who bashed reading harrisons wont like this but for those of you who may have tried the book have any of you liked it? I bought it last week and did the gi section for my GI test and i like and seems like very good prep for clinical med. I am not sure how many schools have semester of Medicine , meaning GI, cardio, Renal, HEme etc. But i would like to know how the rest of the book is or if it was helpful for third year or step 2. thanks
