Anyone use MKSAP for Step 2?

I dont many people talking about MKSAP when it comes to study questions for Step 2. Does anyone use it, or is it more geared towards the shelf? I see they have MKSAP 3 out now.

I did go through MKSAP For Students w/ 2 guys studying for Step 3 awhile back...I found it to be a great way to review the high yield points of IM, in a no-nonsense format. I thought it was a nice supplement to my prep. An authoritative resource. I'd recommend it.

Clarification to my post above - I used it for Step 2...but the 2 guys I did the Qs with were studying for Step 3. Probably more beneficial to me, but it was good reinforcement for them as well.

I did it twice for step 2 review... It has the basic Most common stuff that you will see on the real exam.

I highly recommend it.....get the new edition! (2005)

I definitely used it for my Medicine shelf, it was great. Didn't do it again to study for step 2 though
