Anyone used Rasmol/ Chime?

Did anyone used Rasmol/ Chime biochem molecule modelling sofware? I am making a web page and I wanted to put there a 3-D molecules of protein which I made a few changes to. the problem is that when I chose "Save as", it saves the initial structure without my changes. Does anyone know an easy way how to copy that Chime script and paste it somewhere? What to do?
