I've narrowed down to Praxis, DrChrono, and InSync. Looking for a good EHR that will connect with practice management and allow for expanding into group practice. Any feedback would be great.
Looked into Praxis. Loved the idea of it. But felt Psychiatry has too much non-templatized history, that just wouldn't conform to praxis AI, and I wouldn't want to change my charting style to facilitate the optimization of praxis.
What in practice management are you looking for? What do you need? These could be alternatives:
Electronic Health Records, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Engagement, TeleHealth

I'm a fan of Luminello, and their new Invoice Tracker in conjunction with their 3rd party clearing house ApexEDI is amazing. Just made this transition and loving it. Stream lined my billing to be on par with the what others have posted on here. My receptionist is signing the praises, too. Plus Luminello might be coming out with a clinic/group option this Summer. I'm stoked for that upgrade.
I hope I'm not too late. I'm a 5 year praxis EHR user. Their kernel is ancient and it doesn't have multi-core support. (modern machines won't help it move faster.) You can not prescribe controlled meds without buying another product which you have to log into. (Praxis won't even import the meds you have sent it has to be entered manually.) Also, closing charts takes minutes ! They report this as nominal. Their EULA excludes them from having to make any performance metrics re: length of loading/indexing etc.). I wish I had never heard of Praxis EHR.I've narrowed down to Praxis, DrChrono, and InSync.
