Kenny Liu, an attending at UVA, runs the site, and has done so since he was a resident at OSHU.
It has gone up and down much more frequently this year than in the past, but nobody knows why.
It'll probably be up again before too long, though maybe not before Friday.

Hopefully it stays up long enough to figure out where everyone matched after Friday.
