Anyone who interviewed at a state prison facility?

I have encountered a floater who was working for a prison facility and according to what he said, it is much better than retail (though the pay may be less). Those who are working or have heard anything about working at this type of facilty, any info would be appreciated~~~ info such as types of interview questions, what you normally do there etc.
